About Prestige Training
Built around purposeful training, close coaching, and the belief that standards and a welcoming community belong together.
Nathan Prestwich · Owner & Head CoachFrom Seattle to Houston’s East End
Fitness has been a constant in Nathan’s life. It began with martial arts in his youth, continued in the high-school weight room, and stayed with him through Army service and the different careers he explored afterward.
He returned to school and earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Houston, then earned his NSCA-CPT certification and started coaching as a Personal Trainer on campus. From there, he worked with residential communities and corporate wellness programs, learning to coach people with different goals, schedules, and starting points.
The first place Nathan could train clients was the gym at Combined Arms. That opportunity gave Prestige its start. He also wanted to create a coaching environment that felt true to him: personal, purposeful, and not driven by the high-pressure sales culture he had experienced elsewhere.
Prestige Training is that independent coaching practice, currently based at ENDVR Gym in Houston’s East End. The ambition is to build a strong, repeatable training experience rooted in its community, while staying focused on the quality of coaching people get today.
Outside the gym, Nathan is a husband and dad to two boys, and shares home with two dogs. He’s originally from Seattle and is proud to call Houston and the University of Houston part of his story.
The Prestige standard
People are welcome regardless of background, as long as they’re ready to show up and put in consistent effort.
Small Group Training is capped at six to make space for personal cues, movement feedback, and progression.
Monthly themes give training a clear emphasis, while the other fitness qualities remain in the program.
