The person behind the coaching

Built on a different kind of service.

Fitness has been a constant in Nathan’s life, from martial arts and the high-school weight room to Army service. After earning a B.S. in Exercise Science at the University of Houston and becoming an NSCA-CPT, he coached on campus, in residential communities, and in corporate wellness.

Prestige grew from an early opportunity to train clients at Combined Arms, and from a desire to build a coaching environment that felt like his own: personal, purposeful, and free of high-pressure sales.
